Infrastructure Design for High Level Resort Bobo Island

The project involves infrastructure design for a state-of-the-art, five-star luxury resort in the Maldives, located in the Male’ Atoll. The site spans a 128-hectare reef system, comprising a deep lagoon and a shallow lagoon flat.

This exclusive resort, developed in partnership of Dar Global with a renowned Italian luxury brand, will offer 64 hotel keys, including a selection of high-end accommodations such as beach villas, reef villas, and water villas.

Project description:

Reconstruction of the Existing Effluent Tower and the Sea Outfall 

The study includes the methodology and scope of work for the removal of the existing hydraulic tower and the construction of a new underwater outfall with dimensions of OD 630 mm and a length of 1,000 m, as well as an investment cost assessment.

By removing the existing tower, the investment value of this coastal zone is significantly enhanced, creating opportunities for the construction of high-end tourist facilities to support the development of the premium Lustica Bay resort in Tivat, Montenegro.
